CEO - Avneesh Gupta
Avneesh has 30+ years of experience in technology leadership and product development. Before founding Neemus, he served as CEO of Minvesta Infotech Limited and the Randstad Development Centre for five years, and was an Operating Board Member at Ma Foi–Randstad, India’s largest HR company. He led the development of world-class HR and staffing products. Minvesta and Ma Foi are subsidiaries of €26B Randstad NV, the world’s second-largest staffing firm,
Earlier, he set up and led the India operations of Papyrus Co. (Japan), building software for semiconductor fabrication labs. Avneesh has worked with Microsoft, GE, Accenture, Blockbuster, and IFFCO, and holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from HBTI Kanpur, with graduate-level studies at Carnegie Mellon University, USA.
Director - Shalini Agrawal
Shalini is the Promoter and Director at Neemus software solutions Private Limited. Prior to Neemus She has worked with reputed institution in banking and finance industry like ICICI Bank, Tata Home Finance and Maharishi Housing Finance. As part of Tata home finance she was responsible get their home finance software development and deployed across the locations. She is an MBA in finance with an experience of over 10 years in risk assessment and finance management. She has also completed a post graduate programme in insurance management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
Director - K S Sharma
K. S. Sarma is the Founder Director of the Hyderabad Academy of Mediation and Peace Studies, an Executive Educator, and a Collaboration Coach. He works with individuals and organisations to build cooperation and collaborative capability through training, coaching, and mentoring.
He is an IIAM and SAMADHAN–Delhi High Court accredited Mediator, a Certified Commercial Arbitrator, and a Mediation Advocate, with professional training in mediation, mediation advocacy, strategic conflict management, and alternative dispute resolution from leading institutions in India, the UK, and Singapore.
A national and international coach and mentor, Sarma is the CEO of Life Skills (India) Training Pvt. Ltd., Chennai, teaches at the Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation, and served as Advisor to the Bangladesh International Mediation Society (2017–2019). He also heads the Mediation Cell at Litigatus Prime, Hyderabad.
