Prior to founding Neemus, Avneesh was CEO of Minvesta Infotech Limited and Randstad Development Centre for 5 years He was also one of the Operating board member of Ma foi : Randstad the largest HR company in India during the same period.. Minvesta and Ma Foi are subsidiary of 17 Billion Euro Randstad NV the second largest staffing company in the world. During his tenure the company built and marketed world class products for HR and staffing domain. Before Minvesta Avneesh has setup and operated Indian Operation of a Japanese company Papyrus Co. The company built software for semiconductor fabrication labs. Avneesh has 16 years of experience and worked with few of the world renowned companies, Microsoft, GE, Accenture, Blockbuster and IFFCO and worked in all developed geographies across the world. Avneesh has B. Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from HBTI Kanpur and completed Graduate level courses in Managing Software Development and Methods of Software Systems from Carnegie Mellon University , Pittsburg, USA.

K S Sarma, who is the Chief Mentor of Sparsh, it's a part of Neemus software solutions Private Limited, is a graduate of the University of Kerala and a Fellow of the Institution of Energy Engineers (India). He has also undergone various management training programmes from prestigious institutions like IIM-Banglore, Maharishi Institute of Creative Intelligence, Chennai, Institute of Financial management & Research, Chennai. After working with Batliboi Ltd. for over twenty-six years in industrial marketing, Sarma left the services of the company in 1999 to build a full-time career in management education and training Mr.Sarma is also the CEO and Director of Life Skills (India) Training Pvt Ltd, Chennai, since February 2001. One of its programmes, called NewGen, is a specialized HRD program for school students. Tens of thousands of schoolchildren in India and the UAE have benefited from this programme. NewGen programme is being marketed and promoted by Sparsh. Mr.Sarma is a highly respected and a sought after speaker in many corporates , management institutes, schools, colleges and service organizations like Rotary, Lions and Y’s Men International. Prior to Neemus She has worked with reputed institution in banking and finance industry like ICICI Bank, Tata Home Finance and Maharishi Housing Finance. As part of Tata home finance she was responsible get their home finance software development and deployed across the locations. She is an MBA in finance with an experience of over 10 years in risk assessment and finance management. She has also completed a post graduate programme in insurance management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
